This Shipping Policy explains how PALACEWEAR LTD processes and ships orders placed through our website.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

  • During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 8–20 business days

These delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • destination;

  • shipping method;

  • order value;

  • package size and weight.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


4. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties;

  • import taxes;

  • VAT or GST;

  • customs clearance fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is supplied, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the delivery address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.


7. Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact our Customer Support.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Packages confirmed as lost by the carrier may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.


8. Delayed Deliveries

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed because of:

  • transportation disruptions;

  • public holidays;

  • carrier delays;

  • high shipping volumes.

PALACEWEAR LTD is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.


9. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the damaged item;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • photographs of the shipping label.

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


10. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless agreed during checkout.


11. Delivery Refusal or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is:

  • refused by the recipient;

  • unclaimed;

  • or returned to us due to an incorrect address,

we may deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees from any applicable refund.


12. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipments to certain countries or regions where shipping is restricted by law, sanctions, carrier limitations, or operational constraints.

If we are unable to ship your order, you will be notified and any payment received will be refunded.
